Presented by Haus of Schiaparelli, the Olympic Village was a fundraiser Ball in aid of Care for Gaza. The Haus of Schiaparelli was inspired by the concept of the Olympic Village: a place for champions to congregate with a common goal. This is not unlike our own Villages, born out of a need to come together for our own common goal as queer people: community and liberation.
One might not typically think of the Grecian aesthetic as particularly colourful, but there is evidence suggesting that Greek statues were once bursting with colour! Let’s bring back the vibrancy and boldness that was once there!
